Overview

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational heart of a 200-plus key hotel in Central Tokyo, part of one of the world's largest international hospitality groups. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Culinary divisions during a rebuilding phase, reporting directly to senior leadership with significant influence. 主な責任:

• 客室、飲食、料理部門全体の運営を主導する
• 約50名のスタッフチームを管理・育成する
• ゲスト体験と商業的な業績目標のバランスを取る
• シニアリーダーシップに直接報告し、運営に影響を与える
• 再建段階でサービス基準を設定し、チーム文化を形成する
• 若くエネルギッシュなチームを率いて、集中力と楽しさを維持する
• 高稼働率と国際的なゲスト構成の中で運営の卓越性を確保する
• 全ての部門で国際的なホスピタリティ基準を実施する

要件:

• 高級ホテル運営における上級管理職の経験
• 日本語と英語のバイリンガル能力
• 飲食または料理運営における豊富な経験
• 50名以上の複数部門チームの管理経験
• ゲスト体験と商業的成果のバランスを取る能力
• 若くエネルギッシュなチームを集中力とモチベーションを持って率いる経験
• 高稼働率でスピード感のある環境下での冷静さ
