Job Description
ホテルの客室売上およびマーケットシェアを最大化するための戦略立案と実行をお任せします。
需要予測や価格設定、在庫管理、販売チャネルの最適化を行い、営業・マーケティング・フロント・予約部門と密に連携しながらホテルの収益を支えるポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
• 価格・在庫のコントロール：需要予測に基づいた客室料金（ADR）の設定、販売制限やオーバーブッキングの管理。
• データ分析と予測：日次・週次・月次の予約ペース、キャンセル動向、市場トレンドの分析と予測作成。
• 予算・戦略策定：年間予算や長期計画の策定、KPI（RevPAR、客室稼働率など）の管理と経営層へのレポート。
• システム・チャネル管理：予約システム（PMS/CRS）やチャネルマネージャーのデータ精度・料金連動の監督。
• 部門間連携のリード：週次のレベニューミーティングを主催し、営業や宿泊部門と販売アクションを共有。
• チームの育成：レベニュー管理に関わるスタッフの指導・育成、部門間の商業的意識の向上。

• ホテルのレベニューマネジメント、宿泊予約、営業、またはコマーシャル部門での実務経験（3年以上）
• 需要予測、価格設定、在庫管理、財務分析に関する知識
• ホテルシステム（PMS、CRS、BIツール等）およびExcelの操作スキル
