Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based business applications

• Maintain and improve existing services and platform functionality

• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Implement preventative measures and platform improvements

• Troubleshoot technical issues raised by internal teams and customers

• Participate in modernization and platform transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple locations

• Review and utilize English-language technical documentation
