Job Description
Position: Marketing Officer - Social Media
Location: Bang Na
Industry: Industrial Components & Manufacturing Supply
Responsibilities
Manage social media content on Facebook, LINE OA, and WeChat to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social channels.
Create and coordinate marketing content, including posts, broadcasts, banners, and rich menus.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and daily account management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve campaign objectives.
Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Handle other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, and up to date with marketing trends.
Crisis communication skills are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, LINE OA Manager, and WeChat Official Account is preferred.
