Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP engineering and building services projects.
Review engineering drawings, technical specification, and tender documents to determine project quantities and costs.
Prepare and evaluate tender submissions, subcontractor quotations, and cost proposals.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost variations to ensure effective cost control.
Evaluate subcontractor progress claims, invoices, and payment applications.
Manage variation orders and passes the cost implications of changes in project scope.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, subcontractors, and clients on project costing and commercial matters.
