PR/124111 | Finance Director

• Lead and oversee the company's overall Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Planning functions.

• Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.

• Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including leadership experience at senior management level.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting, and Internal Controls.

• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in leading finance teams and supporting business growth.

• Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to be based in Jember, East Java.
