Job Description
インドネシアで国際物流事業を展開する企業にて、フォワーディングオペレーション・カスタマーサポート／営業サポートの募集です。 航空・海上輸送に関する顧客対応から、通関・配送手配、輸送進捗管理、海外拠点や社内オペレーションチームとの調整まで、国際物流に幅広く携わるポジションです。これまでの貿易・フォワーディング・輸出入の経験を活かしながら、インドネシアを舞台に国際的な物流業務に携わることができます。
職務内容
航空・海上輸出入業務における顧客窓口対応、問い合わせ対応、フォローアップ
見積作成、通関・配送手配および輸送進捗管理
社内オペレーションチームや海外拠点との連携・調整
入出荷関連書類の確認および関連データの入力
船会社、税関など関係各所との折衝・調整
日本側取引先とのメール・電話によるコミュニケーション
月次売上の予測およびレポート作成
貿易、フォワーダーまたは輸出入業務の実務経験
通関業務の経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力
インドネシア語力をお持ちの方歓迎
物流業界での営業経験をお持ちの方歓迎
長期的にインドネシアで勤務・滞在が可能な方
給与：月額IDR 30,000,000～40,000,000（経験に応じて決定）
宗教手当（THR）：月給1か月分
就労ビザ：会社負担
医療保険：BPJS＋民間保険
年に1回一時帰国手当
会社指定アパート提供（家賃会社負担）
業務時の社用車利用あり
