Job Description
インドネシア・ジャカルタで飲食事業を展開する企業にて、焼肉シェフ（エグゼクティブシェフ）の募集です。ジャカルタの店舗にて、焼肉コースの調理だけでなく、メニュー開発や品質管理、食材管理、ローカルスタッフの育成など、キッチン全体のマネジメントを担うポジションです。これまで培ってきた肉の取り扱いや調理経験を活かしながら、海外の環境で店舗の料理・サービス品質向上に幅広く携わることができます。
職務内容
おまかせスタイルの焼肉コースの調理・提供
牛肉のカット、下処理、味付け、仕込み
メニュー開発および料理の品質管理
食材の発注、在庫管理、原価管理
キッチン内の衛生・安全管理
ローカルスタッフへの調理指導・教育、レシピおよびオペレーションの標準化
店舗マネジメントと連携した料理・サービス品質の向上
肉類、特に牛肉の取り扱い経験をお持ちの方
ビジネスレベルの英語力
東南アジアでの勤務経験をお持ちの方
長期的にインドネシアでの勤務・滞在が可能な方
給与：手取り月額 IDR 60,000,000まで（経験に応じて決定）
宗教手当（THR）：月給1か月分
就労ビザ：会社負担
医療・傷病保険：BPJS
住宅：会社指定アパートを提供
移動手段：Grabコーポレート利用可
