海外向けにも製品を展開する製造メーカーにおいて、品質保証体制の強化を担うポジションです。日本本社と海外工場の橋渡し役として、品質に関する情報共有や改善活動を推進していただきます。

職務内容
日本本社の品質保証部門からの指示内容を理解し、現場へ展開・運用
工場全体の品質管理および品質基準に基づく運営サポート
品質不具合やクレーム発生時の調査・対応業務
顧客とのコミュニケーションおよび品質に関する問い合わせ対応
品質改善活動の推進および改善提案の実施
品質関連レポートの作成および日本本社への報告
現地スタッフとの連携を通じた品質意識向上への取り組み
学ぶ意欲が高く、新しい知識や業務を積極的に吸収できる方
読解力、言語化能力、コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
日本本社と現地スタッフの間に立ち、円滑な調整ができる方
英語での日常会話が可能な方
インドネシア語の習得に意欲のある方
海外留学や海外居住経験をお持ちの方歓迎
品質管理・品質保証の経験は不問
給与：IDR 20,000,000～35,000,000（手取り）※経験に応じて相談可能
