総合商社にて、鉄鋼部門アシスタントマネージャー／マネージャーの募集です。
鉄鋼製品や産業資材、スペアパーツなどを取り扱い、鉄道、エネルギー、石油・ガス、製造業界など幅広い分野の顧客に向けたビジネスを展開しています。本ポジションでは、既存顧客への営業に加え、新規ビジネスの開拓、プロジェクト管理、サプライヤーとの調整、チームマネジメントなど幅広い業務に携わることができます。これまでの鉄鋼業界での経験を活かしながら、インドネシアで長期的にキャリアを築きたい方におすすめのポジションです。
職務内容
鉄鋼製品、産業資材、スペアパーツの法人営業および新規顧客開拓
鉄道、エネルギー、石油・ガス、製造業界などの顧客への提案活動
既存顧客および国内外のサプライヤーとの関係構築・維持、各種調整
鉄道関連製品、ボイラーチューブ、鋼管などに関するプロジェクト管理
見積作成、価格・契約交渉、納期・仕様の調整
市場調査、新規ビジネス機会の発掘、売上・営業目標・案件進捗の管理
チームメンバーのマネジメントおよび育成
鉄鋼業界での経験をお持ちの方
ビジネスレベルの英語力
長期的にインドネシアで勤務可能な方
インドネシア人スタッフとの勤務経験をお持ちの方は歓迎
給与：手取り IDR 50,000,000～80,000,000（経験に応じて決定）
THR（宗教手当）：月給1か月分
