高い技術力を強みに、製造業界を支える精密製品の製造・販売を行う企業です。ASEAN市場における事業拡大を見据え、管理部門の中核人材として組織運営をリードいただきます。経理財務・購買・HRGAを統括するだけでなく、現地スタッフと日本本社の架け橋として事業運営を支える重要なポジションです。将来的にはDirector候補として、経営に近い立場で組織づくりに携わることができます。
職務内容経理財務、購買、HRGA部門の統括およびマネジメント
管理部門全体の業務改善および組織運営の推進
現地スタッフと日本本社との円滑なコミュニケーション体制の構築
労働組合を含む社内外関係者との調整・折衝
各管理部門の目標設定、進捗管理、人材育成
事業運営を支える管理体制の整備および強化
経営層と連携した組織マネジメントの推進
製造業での勤務経験
英語で日常会話レベル以上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
インドネシア語の習得に意欲をお持ちの方
現地スタッフと日本本社の橋渡し役として関係構築ができる方
組織マネジメントやチームマネジメントの経験をお持ちの方
多様な関係者との調整・折衝を円滑に行える方
インドネシアで長期的なキャリア形成を希望される方
インドネシアでの勤務経験をお持ちの方歓迎
労働組合対応経験をお持ちの方歓迎
1年目給与：IDR 50,000,000（Gross）
2年目以降：日本本社採用・出向への切り替え予定
2年目以降想定年収：700万円～1,000万円程度
