ポジション名：New Business Development Manager（事業企画・新規事業立ち上げ）
業務内容
■既存事業の改善・運営強化
誌面・Web・SNSなど制作チームの進行管理
業務フローの改善および業務効率化推進
サービス品質向上や納期管理体制の構築
部門横断プロジェクトの推進
既存事業の課題分析および改善施策の立案・実行
■新規サービス・事業開発
新規サービスおよび新規事業の立ち上げ・グロース推進
KPI設計および進捗管理
プロジェクト全体の推進・管理
シンガポール国内外のパートナー企業との折衝
経営陣と連携した事業拡大施策の企画・実行
応募要件
必須条件：
事業立ち上げまたは事業開発経験
自ら目標を設定し、成果にコミットしながら業務を推進できる方
日本語及び英語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方（社内外コミュニケーションに必須のため）
歓迎条件：
デジタルメディア業界でのご経験
会計、経理、バックオフィス領域での実務経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
社内外関係者との調整業務経験
給与・福利厚生
月給：SGD 3,300～5,000 （ご経験・スキルに応じて決定）
勤務時間：9:00～18:00
勤務日：月曜日～金曜日
休日：土日祝（シンガポールカレンダーに準ずる）
有給休暇：年間10日
病気休暇・入院休暇：シンガポール雇用法に準拠
特別休暇：
毎月第2金曜日午後休
年末年始休暇（12月29日～1月3日）
