Our client is a very stable, profitable construction firm with a diverse, international workforce, long-term stable client contracts, low overtime and excellent HR support.
They are hiring HVAC / Facility Maintenance Technicians for government-related facilities in the Kanto area.
Main duties
- Inspect, maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration and building equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
- Carry out preventive maintenance and keep service records
- Work with project coordinators and clients on service requests
Work environment
- Bilingual team; English used with clients
- Bonuses and annual raises
