技術サポート担当として、製品に関する問い合わせ対応やメンテナンス業務を中心にご担当いただきます。製品知識や業界知識を習得いただいた後は、顧客課題の解決支援や本社との技術連携など、より幅広い業務へ関わっていただきます。

・顧客・営業担当からの技術問い合わせ対応
・自社製品の点検、修理品メンテナンス対応

・技術的な課題を整理し、自ら解決策を考えられる方
・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
・新しい技術や製品を継続的に学ぶ意欲のある方
【歓迎】
・FA 機器メーカーでの技術サポート経験
・機械・電気メーカーでの設計、開発、生産技術、設備技術経験
・セールスエンジニア、FAE の経験
・フィールドサービスエンジニアの経験
・ロボット、センサー、PLC、自動化設備に関する知識・経験
・システムインテグレーターでの設計、立上げ経験
・英語を使用した技術的なコミュニケーション経験
