・宿泊・レストラン・観光・交通等の案内および手配統括
・VIP含む顧客の要望対応と滞在体験の最適化
・レストラン予約、チケット、送迎等の外部手配業務
・地域情報の収集と提案力向上による付加価値提供
・コンシェルジュチームの指導・育成、品質管理
・各部門との連携による円滑なサービス提供
