≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

  • Create and deliver engaging English lessons focused on reading, writing, speaking, and listening for secondary students
  • Support each student’s growth through data-driven assessment, personalized feedback, and targeted learning support
  • Work in a multicultural international school offering IB, Cambridge IGCSE, CBSE, curriculam
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to extracurricular activities and school events in a global environment

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Curriculum Planning & Instruction:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with middle school and High school for CBSE curicullum.
  • Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Utilize diverse teaching techniques, including inquiry-based and digital pedagogy, to suit different learning styles.
  • Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations

2. Assessment & Pupil Progress:

  • Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Conduct formative and summative assessments, mock exams, and maintain records.
  • Analyze data to identify learning gaps and implement interventions for high achievers and students needing support.

3. Classroom Management & Culture:

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
  • Integrate technology (e.g., Google Classroom) for enhanced learning.

4. Collaboration & Professionalism:

  • Participate in departmental meetings, Parents Teacher Meetings (PTM), and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate lesson plans.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.

Required Skills

【Minimum Qualifications & Requirements】

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
    * A Master's degree in English is preferred.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed PGCE, QTS, or state licensure)
    *Cambridge certification is highly preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification (e.g., BEd, PGCE).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of teaching experience
  • Strong classroom management and organization skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity, patience, and a "passion for education"
  • Visa Status: Permanent Resident / Instructor Visa / valid work visa
  • Language: English (Fluent), Japanese (minimum Basic)
