Our client is seeking a Duty Manager for a hospitality management company based in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards in a dynamic environment. 主な責任:
- 毎日のホテル運営を管理し、円滑なゲストサービスを確保する
- ゲストの苦情を対応し、迅速に問題を解決する
- スタッフのスケジュールを調整し、シフトの割り当てを管理する
- 健康および安全規則の遵守を確実にする
- ホテルスタッフのパフォーマンスと行動を監督し、サポートする
- OperaやFidelioなどのホテル管理ソフトウェアを活用して運営を行う
- ゲストやスタッフと日本語および英語で流暢にコミュニケーションを取る
- ゲストサービスの品質を監視し、改善策を実施する
要件:
- 日本語と英語に堪能
- ホスピタリティ管理で5年以上の経験
- OperaやFidelioなどのホテル管理ソフトの知識
- ゲストの苦情対応および紛争解決能力
- ホスピタリティにおける健康・安全規則の理解
- スタッフのスケジュール管理およびシフト調整の経験
- 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力
