【お仕事概要】
日系自動車メーカーで、外国籍の社長を専属でサポートする通訳・翻訳のお仕事です。経営会議や社員からの報告の場での通訳をはじめ、国内出張への同行、メールや資料の翻訳まで、社長のコミュニケーション全般を担っていただきます。経営層の意思決定の現場に近い立場で、通訳者としての経験を大きく広げられるポジションです。経営層向けの経験を積みたい方、ホスピタリティを持って細やかにサポートできる方のご応募をお待ちしています。
【業務内容】
■会議・報告の場での通訳（逐次・同時）
・社長が出席する会議での通訳
・社員の方から社長への報告時の通訳
■同行通訳
・社外への外出時の同行通訳
・国内出張先への同行通訳
■翻訳業務
・社長宛て・社長発信のメールの翻訳
・会議資料などのドキュメント翻訳
■通訳コーディネーションのサポート・機材セッティング
・通訳コーディネーションのサポート（基本的に社員さんがコーディネーションを行う）
・通訳機材のセッティング
※原則出社が必要なお仕事です。

・通訳の実務経験3年以上

・経営者が出席する会議内容が理解できる一定程度の日本語能力
