【概要/Role Overview】

An exciting opportunity for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance strategies for a global knowledge-sharing platform operating across 190+ countries. In response to rapid platform expansion and the integration of autonomous AI agents, this role will spearhead a team to build robust test automation architecture, and establish continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines across Web, Mobile, API, and AI systems.

【業務例/Responsibilities】

End-to-End Quality Architecture:

• Formulate cross-platform test strategies and drive early-stage quality involvement to catch design defects before development.

Test Automation Frameworks:

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable test automation suites across frontend, backend, and mobile systems to ensure minimal flaky tests and maximum performance.

Continuous Delivery & Quality Gates:

• Integrate automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment verification and accelerate delivery cycles.

AI & LLM Quality Engineering:

• Establish evaluation metrics and automated testing logics specifically tailored for non-deterministic AI/LLM model outputs.

Exploratory Testing & Quality Culture:

• Conduct targeted exploratory testing for edge cases, visualize key quality metrics, and advocate best quality practices across engineering teams.

必須条件/REQUIREMENT

• 5 or more years of EXTENSIVE professional software testing background
• 3 or more yeas of hands-on experience establishing test automation
• Proven track record in API testing and incorporating automated checks into CI/CD workflows
• Strong practical experience building Web E2E test suites with modern frameworks
• Experience in API testing

有ると望ましい経験・知識/ Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency in TypeScript or C#
• Background in performance, security, or mobile automation testing
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or high-throughput platform environments
• Experience validating AI/ML model outputs or handling non-deterministic system behaviors
• Holds a testing certificates such as JSTQB, ISTQB, or others
