The successful candidate will serve as the key bridge between Korea and Global Headquarters and will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the Korean organization.

Key Responsibilities

•  Business & Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage the overall Korean business operation

• Drive business performance and operational excellence

• Execute corporate strategy and local growth initiatives

• Ensure achievement of operational and financial targets

• Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee production, quality, logistics, and planning functions

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and operational capability

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site

• Financial & Commercial Management

• Own P&L performance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities

• Monitor business KPIs and profitability

• Support sustainable business growth

• Organization & Leadership

• Develop and inspire local teams

• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and engagement

• Strengthen organizational capability and leadership bench

• Executive Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between Korea and Global Headquarters

• Present operational and financial performance to leadership teams

• Participate in strategic discussions and business reviews

Key Requirement

• Manufacturing Leadership Experience

• Plant / Site Management Experience

• Strong People Leadership Skills

• Supply Chain & Operational Understanding

• P&L Responsibility with Budgeting & Cost Management Experience

• Fluent Korean & Business English

• Experience Working With Regional or Global HQ

• Preferred

• Customer-facing experience

• Commercial awareness

• Business development mindset

• Experience within multinational matrix organizations
