自動車・二輪車・空調機器業界向けに高品質な精密部品を製造する日系メーカーです。金型設計からプレス加工、研磨工程までを一貫して手掛ける生産体制を強みとし、グローバル市場へ製品を供給しています。
本ポジションは、インドネシア拠点における営業活動全般をリードし、既存顧客との関係強化から新規開拓、組織マネジメントまで幅広く担う重要な役割です。海外拠点の中核人材として大きな裁量を持ちながら事業成長を牽引できるため、自動車業界で培った経験やマネジメントスキルを存分に発揮したい方に最適な環境です。
職務内容二輪・四輪メーカーおよび関連企業との既存顧客関係の強化
新規顧客開拓および販路拡大に向けた営業活動の推進
顧客ニーズの把握および社内関係部署との調整・連携
インドネシア人営業スタッフの指導、育成およびマネジメント
日本本社との情報共有や各種調整業務の実施
売上拡大に向けた営業戦略の立案と実行
営業組織を牽引し、拠点の事業成長を推進
自動車業界における営業経験
海外勤務経験
海外拠点でのマネジメント経験
顧客との信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
顧客課題を把握し、解決に向けて主体的に行動できる方
異文化環境において柔軟に業務を推進できる方
英語での基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方（日常会話レベル以上）
月額給与：Rp35,000,000～Rp45,000,000（手取り・所得税会社負担）

月曜日～金曜日勤務（8:00～17:00）
