≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

• Handle maintenance, repair, assembly, and inspection activities across aircraft engine MRO processes
• Apply manufacturing and quality expertise to support safety and quality in the aerospace industry
• Further develop MRO and manufacturing engineering expertise while working with stringent aerospace standards
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to proactively drive processes toward delivery and project goals

【Job Responsibilities】

• Candidate must be aeroengines MRO experience.
• Preferable experience in MRO processes covering the 4Ms: Man, Machine, Material, and Method.
• Good in Repair and Assembly process planning activities
• Candidate have added advantage having supply chain activities experience
• Able to read and understand Engineering drawings
• Candidate preferably good in review of MRO process inspection activities
• Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements.
• Communicating and collaborating with Customers & Project team to meet the delivery schedules ＆project goals
• Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs

【Required Skills】

• Japanese Language skill is essential & prefer to have English language knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering with at least 5 to 6 years of experience in　manufacturing Engineering
• Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes and shopfloor experience
• Should have good knowledge on quality assurance processes
• Should have good communication skills and leadership quality
