Position Summary

We are seeking a logical, detail-oriented Bilingual Software Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our growing global team. We believe great engineering is language-agnostic. Rather than focusing on a single syntax, we care about your fundamental computer science reasoning, clean architecture habits, and ability to break down complex systemic logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Logic & Workflow Analysis: Analyze existing application logic, design clean system workflows, and transform architectural ideas into high-quality code.
• Code Review & Comprehension: Read, trace, and debug diverse code blocks across existing repositories to maintain high code hygiene.
• Feature Development: Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of web or software solutions aligned with business metrics.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Bridge technical and conceptual communication between domestic and international team members using your bilingual skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical Competencies

• Professional Experience:1 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Core Logic: A demonstrably clear understanding of algorithmic logic, computational complexity, data structures, and systemic workflows.
• Language Agnostic Ability: Ability to easily navigate and adapt to different coding platforms. Whether your background is in Java, Python, C#, TypeScript, C++, or Go, you should be able to read and comprehend code blocks outside your primary stack.
• Code Hygiene: Experience writing clean, readable, and well-documented code.

2. Language Requirements

• Japanese:Native fluency OR JLPT N1 certification. Must be fully comfortable handling professional business documentation and client meetings.
• English:Conversational level or above. Must be capable of discussing system workflows, participating in standups, and collaborating with global teammates.
