【業務内容】
開発本部では，プロジェクトマネジメント，車体・メカトロニクス・パワートレーン開発，開発品質管理，認証などの業務を行っており，それぞれの役割毎に，部門が設定され，各部門長の元，マネージャーが数名のスタッフをリードして，実際の業務を行っています。
マネージャーは，自チーム配下メンバーの人事管理，育成，業務面のリードを担い，チームが効率よく活動できるようにする役割を持ちます。
マネージャーとしての経験を積むことにより，さらに，上位職位である部長へ昇進するチャンスもあります。

【Job Description】
The Development Division handles project management vehicle body/mechatronics/powertrain development development quality control and certification. Each role is handled by a separate department with each department head overseeing a team of managers leading several staff members.
Managers are responsible for personnel management training and operational leadership of their team members ensuring the team operates efficiently.
With experience as a manager there are opportunities for promotion to higher positions such as department head.

We at Product Engineering Daimler Trucks Asia take care of ongoing products while simultaneously developing new technologies and products.
Entire R D consists from around 700 members.
Be it innovative software new hardware or products in general.
We fully develop our products including design and testing.
Our state of the art quality expertise continues to ensure customer satisfaction as we stay at the forefront of technology in our ever changing environment.
To achieve these expectations our department is built out of motivated creative and empowered teams. We define and set the future of our products.

【募集要件】
・機械系における学士取得、または同等の教育を受けていること
・自身のチーム、並びに社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ良好なリーダーシップ
・プレゼンテーションスキル
・マネジメントスキル（3名～15名程度）

・At least bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent basis as educational background
