A leading IT infrastructure services company is looking for Bilingual IT Engineers to support IT infrastructure, PC support, and operational support projects for international clients. Depending on experience and technical background, candidates may be assigned to infrastructure, support, or global support desk projects.

Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual IT support in Japanese and English
- Support client PCs, mobile devices, peripherals, and IT environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic infrastructure issues
- Respond to user inquiries by phone, email, and other support channels
- Coordinate with overseas engineers and global support teams in English
- Manage incidents, service requests, and operational support activities
- Support IT infrastructure operations and maintenance
- Depending on experience, contribute to infrastructure design, implementation, or team leadership

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00, 1-hour break
Working Style: Project-dependent; telework and staggered working hours may be available depending on the assignment
Work Location: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, or other locations depending on the project
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, and other special leave. Some projects may require shift work.

勤務時間: 9:00～18:00（休憩1時間）

- 6 months or more of experience in IT infrastructure, PC support, helpdesk, or IT operations
- Ability to communicate with users by phone, email, and written documentation
- Interest in developing IT technical skills
- PC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Experience working with foreign companies or overseas teams is a plus
- Infrastructure design, implementation, or management experience is a plus for senior candidates
