木質家具・住宅内装材の製造を手がける企業にて、商品開発エンジニアの募集です。日本を中心とした顧客向け製品の開発を担う製造拠点として事業を展開しており、顧客ニーズのヒアリングから設計、試作、量産立上げまで一貫して携わることができます。ものづくりの上流工程から完成品の市場投入まで幅広く関われるため、製品開発の醍醐味を実感できるポジションです。
職務内容顧客要望のヒアリングおよび製品仕様の検討
顧客との仕様調整および開発案件の推進
家具製品の設計業務
材料・金具の選定および評価
試作品の作製および改善提案
生産部門と連携した量産化準備および立上げ支援
英語ビジネスレベル（海外企業とのやり取りが可能な方）
家具製品の開発経験
設計から量産立上げまで一連のプロセスに携わった経験
顧客ニーズを製品仕様へ落とし込めるスキル
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方
主体的にプロジェクトを推進できる方
