Job Description
✅ Oversee and coordinate Press, Inspection, and Coating production processes
✅ Manage production workflow and coordinate across production functions
✅ Utilize production data to drive operational improvements
✅ Lead Kaizen, 5S, and internal development initiatives
✅ Ensure production activities comply with quality and HSE standards
✅ Report directly to the Assistant Factory Manager

Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production
✅ Strong understanding of production processes and workflow
✅ Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAS Standards, and HSE
✅ Good knowledge of Kaizen and 5S
✅ Digitally literate, improvement-oriented, and updated with current manufacturing trends
✅ Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
✅ English communication skills are an advantage
