Job Responsibilities
• Manage full-set accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and month-end closing.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support manufacturing accounting activities, including inventory reconciliation, stock valuation, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities on audit and statutory matters.
• Prepare tax schedules, SST submissions, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing full-set accounts independently.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Cost Accounting, Audit Coordination or Tax Compliance and Tax Matters
• Strong understanding of month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
