Job Description
経営企画・業績管理を中心に、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
年間予算およびフォーキャストの策定・管理
全社および各部門の業績・KPIのモニタリングおよび分析
予算と実績の差異分析、および経営層向けレポートの作成
経営判断に必要な各種データの収集・分析
関係部門と連携した業務プロセスおよびSOP（標準業務手順書）の見直し・改善
内部統制プロセスの構築・運用・改善
内部監査のサポートおよび関係部門との調整
SAP、CRMなどの社内基幹システムの導入・運用・改善支援
業務効率化やDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）に関連するプロジェクトの推進
その他、経営・事業運営に関連する各種プロジェクトへの対応
10年以上の実務経験
経営企画、事業企画、経営管理、またはそれに準ずる業務の実務経験
予算策定、フォーキャスト、業績分析、KPI管理の経験
複数部門が関わる部門横断型プロジェクトを主導または調整した経験
SAP、CRMなどの基幹・業務システムの導入または使用経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力
