Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partner with end-to-end responsibility for workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Partner closely with management to drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor law while providing HR consultation and recommendations to business leaders.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making and continuous HR improvement.
Ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing or multinational environments.
Qualifications:
- Experienced HR professional with 7-10 years of HR experience, including HRBP/HR Manager responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to partner with management, lead HR initiatives, manage stakeholders, and support business objectives in manufacturing or multinational environments.
- Good command of English.
