Job Description
Responsibilities
Establish the department’s strategic plan in alignment with company policies.
Set departmental objectives and targets according to company policies, and report results to the president in the BP report.
Define guidelines for improvement and development of departmental work to achieve maximum efficiency.
Plan and control the budget to support QA & QC activities for maximum benefit.
Define guidelines to improve supplier quality and TFT processes.
Review and approve suppliers’ problem-solving methods and countermeasures.
Establish guidelines to improve QC receiving inspection and QC patrol line efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or relate fields.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- over 10 year in Quality fields.
- Knowledge in IATF16949 and ISO 9001.
