ピュアサーモンジャパンでは、三重県の施設における電気設備・配電システムの安全かつ安定した稼働を支える、電気設備・配電システム保全スーパーバイザーを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、電気設備やユーティリティ設備を中心に、施設全体の保全業務を監督します。保全チームを率いながら、作業の計画・実行・記録、設備トラブルへの対応、信頼性の向上に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

• 電気・機械・ユーティリティ設備および生産関連設備の保全業務の監督
• 変圧器、開閉装置、配電盤、MCC、モーター、発電機、UPSなどの保全・トラブル対応
• ポンプ、バルブ、空調設備、コンプレッサー、水処理設備などの保全支援
• 電気設備の故障、停電、設備停止時の対応および復旧作業の調整
• 保全チームへの業務割り当て、指導・育成、作業進捗の管理
• 予防保全・予知保全の推進、重大または再発する不具合の原因分析
• SCADAやCMMSを活用した設備状況・保全履歴の確認
• 安全手順の徹底、他部門や外部業者との連携

勤務条件

• 勤務地：三重県
• 年収：550万～600万円
• 勤務形態：4勤4休・12時間の交替勤務

Pure Salmon Japan is seeking an Electrical Utilities & Distribution Supervisor to support the safe and reliable operation of its facility in Mie Prefecture.

You will lead the maintenance team and oversee maintenance activities across the facility, with a particular focus on electrical utilities and power distribution. The role includes planning and supervising maintenance work, responding to equipment failures, and improving equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance across electrical, mechanical, utility, and process systems.
• Support transformers, switchgear, distribution panels, MCCs, motors, generators, UPS systems, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate responses to electrical failures, power interruptions, shutdowns, and restoration work.
• Support maintenance of pumps, valves, HVAC systems, compressors, and water treatment equipment.
• Lead, coach, and assign priorities to the maintenance team.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance and support root cause analysis.
• Use SCADA and CMMS to review equipment performance and maintenance history.
• Promote safe working practices and coordinate with other teams and external contractors.

Employment conditions

• Location: Mie Prefecture, Japan
• Annual salary: JPY 5.5–6.0 million
• Schedule: Rotating 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts

スキル・資格 / Requirements

日本語

• 電気工学、機械工学、設備保全、プロセス工学、または関連する技術分野の専門学校・大学等を卒業された方
• 工場設備の保全または技術オペレーションにおける5年以上の経験
• 保全チームの監督またはリーダー経験
• 電気設備・配電システムに関する実務知識
• モーター、ポンプ、バルブ、空調設備、コンプレッサー、発電機などの設備に関する知識
• 予防保全・予知保全の経験
• SCADAおよびCMMS・保全管理システムに関する知識
• 電気回路図、P&ID、技術図面、設備資料を読解できる方
• 安全を重視し、関係者と連携しながら問題解決を進められる方

English

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of experience in industrial maintenance or technical operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a maintenance team.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, industrial utilities, and related equipment.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with SCADA and CMMS or maintenance planning systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and safety awareness.
