職務内容：
・今後設立予定の日本旅行会社全体の総務・運営管理を担当する
・中国語・日本語が流暢で、優れた聞く・話す・読む・書く能力およびビジネスコミュニケーション能力を有すること
・旅行会社関連の業務およびチームマネジメント経験を有すること
・日本のビザ申請および関連手続きに精通していること
・各種ツアーの組織・運営の実務経験を有すること
・日本の各地域や特色ある観光地を調査し、旅行ルートや商品を開発・企画できること
・チームマネジメント、調整、問題解決能力を有すること
・旅行会社の立ち上げ準備から日常運営までを主体的に推進できること
・強い責任感、実行力、コミュニケーション・調整能力を有すること
