Job Description
大手農機具メーカーの海外進出プロジェクトでの通訳と関連事務のお仕事です。
欧州機関との通訳（日⇔英）を中心に、申請の準備や一般的な事務をお願いします。
通訳は逐次通訳でOKです。月１回程度の海外出張があります。
主な仕事内容は以下の通りです。
◇ 通訳（逐次）
・関係機関との監査や認証に掛かる通訳
・欧州の生産拠点での監査、現場確認にかかる通訳（海外出張時）
◇ 認証にかかる事務業務
・一連のプロセスに必要な資料の収集や整理
・関係機関への書類依頼やフォロー
・会議資料や記録の整理
◇ その他一般事務
・経費管理
・会議設定
・日程調整など
当日の通訳だけではなく、準備から関われますのでプロジェクトの背景や専門的な内容までしっかりと把握した上で業務に取り組めます。
業務割合は、プロジェクトの進行状況により異なりますが、通訳30％、認証にかかる事務業務35％、その他一般事務35％です。
