Job Description
Location: Bangkok
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field.
Native Thai speaker with Chinese proficiency (HSK 4-6; HSK 5-6 preferred).
3-5 years of sales experience; leasing or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong sales mindset with proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, leadership potential, and ability to work under pressure.
Drive new business development and acquire new customers.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Visit customers, identify needs, and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Follow up on sales opportunities, contracts, and customer requests.
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI objectives.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
