- 問い合わせ対応：免税手続き・返金処理に関するメール・チャットでのFAQ回答・案内
- データ管理：問い合わせ内容のシステム入力・管理
- 社内連携：必要に応じた社内・関係各所への確認・連携

・PCスキル：基本的なPC操作、タイピング（メール・チャットでの文字入力に支障がない方

- 小売店や飲食店でレジ操作・免税対応・接客の経験がある方
