（２） 各キーポジションのサクセッサーの育成プラン
（３） グローバルLMSの展開、コンテンツ作成
（４） 海外グループ会社の教育支援
以下国内
（１） 階層別教育（内定者～管理職）の研修企画・運用
（２） 選抜教育（企画、運用、検証）
（３） 適時教育（ハラスメント研修、評価者研修等）、自己啓発の企画、運用
（４） ＯＪＴ、メンター、パルスサーベイなど各種若手育成施策の企画、運用
（５） 職能別教育、国内グループ会社育成支援
（６） その他人事部門にかかる業務のサポート
