You will be reporting directly to the CTO Japan, and responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and continuous enhancement of end-user technology services that enable an exceptional Digital Employee Experience (DEX) across the organization.
This role provides leadership and oversight for a broad portfolio of employee-facing technologies and services, including endpoint management, virtual desktop platforms, workplace collaboration tools, voice and unified communications, and multimedia services. The position is accountable for ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing technology solutions that empower employees to work efficiently and effectively across diverse environments.
Working closely with business, technology, and security stakeholders, You will drive service modernization initiatives, optimize technology adoption, and enhance user satisfaction through innovative workplace solutions. The role also plays a key part in strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture by proactively addressing evolving technology risks and integrating security best practices across end-user platforms and services.

Around 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, end?user computing, identity management, or information security domains.
Demonstrated success in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role, with readiness to advance to an Executive strategic accountability.
Proven experience leading following enterprise-scale functions:
End user technology (PC/Mobile/Collaboration), device management, and asset lifecycle
Endpoint security and vulnerability management initiatives
Vendor and service provider management
Experience managing large teams (direct and indirect), including managers and technical leads.
Track record of delivering outcomes in complex, regulated organizations (financial services experience a strong advantage).
Technical Skills & Expertise
Deep understanding of enterprise endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android) , management platforms such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or similar, and collaboration platforms(M365, Teams and MS Teams phone)
Strong knowledge of vulnerability management frameworks, remediation principles, patching governance, and security controls.
Familiarity with security and risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and regulatory expectations relevant to financial institutions.
Experience in Technical Audit management
