【募集要項 / Job Description】

As a Spare Parts and Inventory Administrator, you will support the Maintenance Department at our land-based salmon farming facility through the administration of the company’s maintenance management system, spare-parts inventory, purchasing follow-up, and maintenance-related records.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure that equipment information, maintenance history, spare-parts records, deviations, and technical documentation are accurately maintained in Odoo Maintenance. This position will contribute directly to equipment reliability, effective maintenance planning, and spare-parts control.

Key Responsibilities

CMMS Administration

• Administer and maintain Odoo Maintenance, including the equipment register, technical data, preventive and corrective maintenance records, failure history, repairs, and spare-part replacements.
• Ensure that maintenance activities, equipment interventions, and spare-parts consumption are correctly recorded and linked to the relevant equipment.
• Support continuous improvements to the CMMS structure, equipment hierarchy, maintenance workflows, and reporting processes.

Spare Parts and Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate spare-parts and maintenance inventory records.
• Manage information relating to part numbers, associated equipment, suppliers, stock levels, and storage locations.
• Monitor spare-parts availability and support effective inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records of spare-parts usage and replacement history.

Purchasing and Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate the purchasing and delivery follow-up of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Procurement, and external suppliers.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, delivery schedules, and maintenance-material requirements.
• Maintain organized supplier information and purchasing-related records.

Maintenance Planning and Follow-up

• Support the planning and administration of preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance intervals, notifications, and work records.
• Administer maintenance deviations and related follow-up actions.
• Ensure that open issues, overdue activities, and corrective actions are properly recorded, monitored, and followed through to completion.
• Support the Maintenance Department with maintenance planning and administrative follow-up.

Technical Documentation

• Maintain organized technical documentation, including equipment manuals, warranties, supplier information, and maintenance records.
• Ensure that equipment and maintenance information is accurate, complete, and accessible.
• Support the continuous improvement of documentation and record-management processes.

スペアパーツ・在庫管理担当者として、三重県で稼働予定の陸上サーモン養殖施設における保全部門を、保全管理システムの運用、スペアパーツの在庫管理、購買フォローおよび保全関連記録の管理を通じて支えていただきます。

Maintenance Supervisorの直属として、Odoo Maintenance上の設備情報、保全履歴、スペアパーツ記録、逸脱事項および技術文書を正確に管理していただきます。本ポジションは、設備の信頼性向上、効果的な保全計画および適切なスペアパーツ管理に直接貢献する重要なポジションです。

主な業務内容

CMMSの管理

• Odoo Maintenanceを使用した設備台帳、技術データ、予防保全・事後保全記録、故障履歴、修理履歴および部品交換履歴の登録・管理
• 保全作業、設備対応およびスペアパーツの使用履歴を、対象設備と正しく紐づけてシステムに登録
• CMMSの構成、設備階層、保全業務フローおよびレポートプロセスの継続的な改善

スペアパーツおよび在庫管理

• スペアパーツおよび保全用品に関する正確な在庫記録の管理
• 部品番号、対象設備、仕入先、在庫数および保管場所に関する情報の管理
• スペアパーツの在庫状況の確認および適切な在庫管理のサポート
• スペアパーツの使用履歴および交換履歴の正確な記録

購買および仕入先との調整

• スペアパーツおよび保全資材の発注・納期フォロー
• 保全部門、購買部門および外部サプライヤーとの連携
• 未納品、納期スケジュールおよび保全資材の必要状況に関するフォローアップ
• 仕入先情報および購買関連記録の管理

保全計画および進捗管理

• 予防保全スケジュール、保全周期、通知および作業記録の計画・管理サポート
• 保全上の逸脱事項および関連するフォローアップ業務の管理
• 未解決事項、期限超過業務および是正措置の記録・進捗管理・完了確認
• 保全部門における保全計画および関連する事務業務のサポート

技術文書管理

• 設備マニュアル、保証書、仕入先情報および保全記録などの技術文書管理
• 設備および保全に関する情報の正確性、完全性および閲覧性の確保
• 文書管理および記録管理プロセスの継続的な改善

【スキル・資格 / Skills and Qualifications】

Essential Requirements

• Diploma or degree in maintenance, engineering, logistics, inventory management, procurement, or another relevant technical or administrative field.
• Experience in maintenance administration, spare-parts management, inventory control, procurement, or industrial operations.
• Strong organizational, data-management, and follow-up skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel and system-based information management.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow outstanding actions through to completion.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience using a CMMS, ERP, or other maintenance-management system.
• Experience using Odoo Maintenance or a similar CMMS.
• Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, aquaculture, utilities, or process environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, pumps, valves, HVAC, water-treatment equipment, or similar industrial equipment.
• Experience in spare-parts purchasing, supplier coordination, or inventory optimization.
• Experience maintaining technical documents, equipment records, or maintenance history.
