Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Video Pipeline & Vision Systems Engineer to support the development, validation, and deployment of camera-based ADAS solutions for automotive customers in Japan.
The role focuses on video processing, image quality optimization, camera systems, image stabilization, optics, and camera performance, with significant involvement in customer integration, validation, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize camera video processing pipelines for ADAS applications.
Work on image quality tuning, image stabilization, lens distortion correction, HDR, exposure, white balance, and low-light performance.
Perform camera calibration, validation, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Support camera-based ADAS features including:
Support vehicle-level camera integration and validation.
Work directly with automotive OEM customers during integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve camera and video-processing issues.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Image Processing, Optics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Automotive Camera, Vision Systems, ADAS, or related development.
Experience in camera tuning, image quality, video processing, camera calibration, and vehicle validation.
Experience working with automotive OEMs or customer-facing engineering teams is preferred.
