Manage all accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Treasury, and month-end closing.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Oversee VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, Transfer Pricing, and other tax matters.
Review contracts, transactions, and business initiatives from financial, tax, and compliance perspectives.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Identify and mitigate tax and compliance risks.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, funding, and foreign exchange exposure.
Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management practices.
Support process improvements and fraud prevention initiatives.
Provide financial and commercial insights to support business decisions, investments, and expansion plans.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, HR, Admin, and IT functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to Management on business and risk-related matters.
Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Foster a high-performance culture, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory).
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, internal controls, and risk management.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
Proven experience working with auditors, tax authorities, customs, banks, and external advisors.
Familiarity with trading business operations, import-export activities, logistics, procurement, and commercial risk management.
Experience in multinational and/or Japanese companies is highly preferred.
Good command of English.
