Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Operations Manager to drive the growth and performance of the TikTok e-commerce business in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Manage daily TikTok Shop operations and sales performance.
Develop content, promotional, and advertising strategies.
Work with KOLs/KOCs and influencers to increase brand awareness and sales.
Monitor performance data and optimize business operations.
Stay updated on TikTok trends and market developments.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience operating TikTok Shop independently.
Chinese language proficiency is required.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads and e-commerce operations.
Experience in beaty or cosmetics product is preferred.
Strong analytical and communications skills.
