We offer a commercial bootcamp. As a Korean-speaking Associate, you will be the vital information bridge between global decision-makers and the world’s most specialized industry experts. You will partner with our elite clients, including top-tier investment banks, hedge funds, strategy consultancies, and Fortune 500 corporations, to understand their knowledge gaps. Your mission? Identify, headhunt, and persuade C-suite executives to share their insights in exclusive consultation interviews.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deconstructing Briefs: Analyze complex client needs to identify knowledge gaps and determine the exact industry insights required.

• High-Level Headhunting: Conduct deep profile research using LinkedIn and global professional networks to identify top-tier industry leaders.

• Cold Outreach & Persuasion: Initiate conversations (via phone and email) to pitch projects and persuade global experts to participate in consultations.

• End-to-End Project Management: Own the final step, from matching vetted experts with clients and coordinating schedules across international time zones, to ensuring every client interaction runs seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Multilingual Fluency: Fluency in Korean (TOPIK 5 / TOPIK 6 or native level) and fluent/business English is a must.
