Position: Purchasing Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 THB
Location: Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of raw
materials, components, and indirect materials in support of production requirements.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery
objectives.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers to
secure the best business conditions.
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring supplier
performance and compliance.
• Lead and manage the Purchasing team, set departmental KPIs, and drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with Japanese management and headquarters, including
preparing reports and conducting business discussions in Japanese.
• Handle BOI-related purchasing activities and ensure compliance with BOI regulations,
import/export requirements, and company policies.
• Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and cost structures to identify cost-saving
opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Qualification
• Thai national, male or female, aged between 40-50 years old.
• Good command of Japanese in writing, reading, listening, and speaking
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with BOI procedures and regulations is required.
