Position: CNC Engineer

Salary: Maximum 25,000 THB/Month

Job Description: 
•  Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost performance in a 
production environment.   
•  Support production lines by identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and propose practical 
improvement actions.   
•  Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to support stable and efficient production 
operations.   
•  Support  New Product Introduction (NPI)  by assisting in process planning, layout consideration, and 
production readiness for new or modified products.   
•  Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve workflow, reduce defects, and support 
continuous improvement activities.   
•  Support improvement projects such as cycle time reduction, manpower optimization, and layout or process 
optimization.   
•  Utilize basic CNC and machining knowledge to understand production issues and support process improvement 
on the shop floor.   
•  Prepare and maintain process-related documentation, work instructions, and standard procedures as required. 

Qualifications: 
•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Engineering, or a 
related field.   
•  Minimum  2–5 years of experience  in industrial engineering, production engineering, or process 
improvement within a manufacturing environment.   
•  Experience in process analysis, time study, line balancing, and productivity improvement on the 
shop floor.   
•  Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in machining, fabrication, or heavy industry production.   
•  Ability to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production readiness for new or modified 
products.   
•  Basic understanding of CNC machining processes to support process improvement and production problem 
analysis (not a programming role).   
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.   
•  Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
