Job Description
ポジションでは、日本本社とインド現地法人の架け橋として、営業・技術の両面から顧客対応および事業推進を担っていただきます。
主なミッションは、日本人エンジニアとインド人エンジニア、日本人セールスとインド人セールスの間に立ち、技術的な要件や顧客ニーズを正確に伝達しながら、プロジェクトを円滑に
推進することです。
日本本社の開発部門や営業部門と連携しながら、インドの顧客に対する技術提案、課題解決支援、仕様調整を行うほか、インド拠点の営業チームや技術チームとのコミュニケーショ
ンをリードしていただきます。
また、顧客との技術会議や商談への参加、品質・納期・コストに関する調整業務、試作品評価や量産立ち上げに関するプロジェクト管理なども担当いただきます。単なる通訳や調整
役ではなく、日本とインド双方のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらビジネスを推進するキーパーソンとしての役割が期待されます。
将来的には、重要顧客のアカウントマネジメント、新規案件創出、現地組織の強化、事業戦略立案など、より経営に近い領域への関与も想定しています。
