本ポジションは日本勤務となり、日本市場におけるビジネス開発およびプロジェクトの推進に直接携わることができます。
業務内容
プロジェクトのあらゆる側面を管理（初期の営業／技術提案書の作成共有を含む）
顧客からの発注書受領を確認し、プロジェクト提案書の条件に従って対応
プロジェクトフェーズゲートレビュー、社内外のキックオフミーティングを調整
プロジェクト期間を通じた顧客とのコミュニケーション維持および進捗報告書の提出
プロジェクトチームとの定例会議を開催、設計および製造工程の進捗を調整・追跡
プロジェクト完遂に必要な人的・物的リソースを整理
問題発生前にリスクを予見し、原因分析、対策案策定、実行を主導
顧客との定例会議を開催し、議事録、アクションアイテム、決定事項を文書化して配布
プロジェクトの総括を行うクローズアウトミーティングの実施（成功点・改善点の整理）
応募要件
ビジネスレベルの英語力
エンジニアリング、ロボティクスまたは関連分野の学士号
プロジェクトマネジメント経験（＝同時並行で複数の要素を扱うための分析力・問題解決能力、関係者の満足を保ちながら共通の目標に導く交渉力・コミュニケーション力）
PMP、PMI資格保持者歓迎
