主な責任:

• 事業および開発職の中途採用プロセスを管理する
• 採用マーケティングツールを選定、導入、運用する
• 採用代理店との関係を構築・維持する
• 新入社員向けのオンボーディングプログラムを設計・実行する
• 採用目標と進捗を策定・監視する
• 全社的な採用エンゲージメント施策を企画・実施する
• 人事方針および組織設計を策定・運用する
• 採用支援のための部門横断的な連携を調整する
• 採用データを分析し、採用戦略を最適化する
• 組織開発および従業員エンゲージメント活動を推進する

要件:

• 中途採用業務の経験（必須）
• LinkedIn、Indeed、または類似の採用マーケティングツールの使用経験
• HRビジネスパートナー（HRBP）機能および組織設計の知識
• オンボーディングプログラムの設計および実施能力
• 採用エージェンシーとの関係管理の経験
• 採用パフォーマンス指標および進捗管理の知識
• 人事方針およびシステムの開発・運用経験
• 部門間連携のための優れたコミュニケーション能力
