Support compliance activities for private real estate investment and asset management businesses.
Help develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance processes as needed.
Manage AML/CFT, conflict of interest, and corporate relationship information processes.
Review marketing and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
Provide compliance training and guidance to employees across the business.
Work with regulators and support regulatory reporting, inquiries, and examinations.

Experience in compliance within a private real estate fund, REIT manager, asset manager, or other financial institution.
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Understanding of investment funds, asset management, or real estate investment businesses.
Knowledge of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).
Ability to identify compliance risks and provide practical guidance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Native-level Japanese and intermediate English
