海外在住日本人や現地在住者の「安心できる医療環境」を提供するために設立された日系クリニックです。
業務内容：
１) クリニック受付業務
- 電話応対
- メッセージの受け渡し（口頭・メール・文書）
- 新規・各種患者の登録と支払方法の把握
- 診療予約の受付・カルテ準備
- ワクチン接種の予約とリスト管理
- 検査結果の受取・医師確認・患者対応・ファイリング
- 必要なフォームの補充・準備
- 請求・請求書作成
- 現金・クレジット支払いの受付 など
２）保険の事務手続き
- 保険会社との連絡・データ入力
- 保険請求書類の作成 など
3)経理事務
- 日次レポートの作成と提出。
- 銀行関連業務。
- 売上レポート（日次・月次）作成
- ファクス・スキャン・書類ファイリング
- 郵送書類や請求書の準備
- 勤怠レポートの月次提出
- 業者・サプライヤー・病院との連携 など
４）医療通訳
- 医者に患者の容態説明
- 患者への薬の説明（不明点は医師に確認）
- 薬剤助手業務のサポート。
- 医師の処方内容を正確にシステム入力（正しい患者・薬剤・用量・方法・時間・数量）など
- ※英語と日本語を使う割合は5：5くらいになります。
